Teacher accused of stealing textbooks to sell on eBay (KTVB Boise)

IRRIGON, Ore. — A teacher in the Eastern Oregon town of Irrigon is accused of stealing textbooks and selling them on eBay. Forrest McKinnis has been on administrative leave since September, when it was discovered that textbooks stored in a closet were allegedly being sold on the Web site.
